The College of Lake County Foundation would like to acknowledge the following organizations for their generous gifts in honor of the college’s 50th anniversary. Their continued support helps CLC deliver high quality, accessible learning opportunities, advance student success and strengthen the diverse Lake County communities it serves.

Through Baxter International Foundation's grant, CLC presents the first of a multi-year STEM and entrepreneurial Lake County Maker Week aimed at K through 12 students. Running from April 18-25, 2020, Maker Week includes a 4-H Robotics Showcase, Lake County Robotics Competition, Big Idea Jr. (a "Shark Tank" type of event), Rube Goldberg Competition and culminates with the first Maker Faire Lake County. Learn more about the grant

Steans Family Foundation (SFF) supports the Exito Student Success Program. The Exito Program's mission is to support Latinx, recent high school graduates persist from semester to semester with the goal of graduation and/or transferring to a university. Learn about the Exito Program

SFF also supports the Jump Start Program, which enables Lake County high school graduates to  complete developmental math or English courses for free during summer. Learn about the Jump Start Program
